Exporting Daz3D Genesis and G2 animation to iClone7 and stuff

1 min read

Skip the silly intro 3:32
This does not work for G3 or G8 Animation blocks.  This shows a way to export Daz3D Genesis and G2 animations to iClone7, using 3DXchange7.  This is not a quick, to the point tutorial.  Not recommended if you are in a hurry.  I ramble and mess about.

I walk through the process twice, using Daz Aniblocks for Genesis and G2.  If the animation you need to export is not an Aniblock and hand keyed, then simply skip the bake to studio keys step  🙂

Vid is a bit long since I go over the process twice and dick about a bit in the beginning and a lot in the end.

Jump to Daz 3:32
Jump to Second round walk-through
Jump to random, delightful BS

Mega Props to Josh Crockett for his superb work on the Daz Creature model and Aeon Soul for the slick Sci-Fi clothing for the girl.

Also going to try and fix up the OBS capture quality.  It is slightly more compressed than I would like.
